1 - Place Stepper 12-18" in front of you -- heel down first. The spring system softens the impact on your hand/arm and allows the Stepper to walk with you.
2 - As weight is applied to the foot, it becomes aligned with the walking surface. You may be able to take 2-3 steps before lifting the Stepper again.
3 - As you walk past the Stepper, the foot remains flat on the walking surface – enabling continued stability and maximum support. It's like having an extra leg and foot!
4 - After walking past it, it's easy to move the lightweight Stepper forward – heel down first again. You should continue to walk with confidence.
