The VidaCura Price Guarantee
VidaCura guarantees that our products are priced the same or lower than anybody else. If you find a lower price anywhere else on a new, identical item, just tell us abou thte lower price when you buy it from us and we'll beat their price discounted by 5% of the difference. If you've already purchased the item, we'll match the price within fourteen days of your purchase.
In order to qualify for a price match, some conditions need to be met:
- The products must have the same manufacturer and model #
- The competing product must have the same specifications (e.g., accomodate same weight and measurements, etc. )
- The price comparison must reflect identical terms of service including delivery timeframe, installation fees, method of payment accepted, newness, etc.
We don't match prices with auction sites or for products offered in conjunction with clearance or business liquidation sales. We also can't match prices for custom products, including custom-molded and custom-fitted braces and custom manual and power wheelchairs.
Please note our Price Guarantee is subject to change without notice, and does not cover typographical errors.
If you find a lower price
Give us the information at Contact Us or by emailing us at customerservice@vidacura.com. Include the name, address and phone number of the other company claiming to have a lower price.
A special note about "MSRP's"
We don't show MSRP's (also known as Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price" at VidaCura.com for one simple reason. Virtually none of the manufacturers whose products we sell actually have MSRP's for their products. But that doesn't stop many online retailers from making them up so as to imply that you're saving big money when you buy a product from them. When you see a product with a "manufacturer's suggested retail price of $5,700" and then their price of $2,700, beware.
